How much does it cost me to offer servers from my game to players on Gportal?
Nothing! The players pay the costs for the servers monthly in advance, there are no costs for you as a studio / developer.

What will it cost me if I also want official servers?
Since the costs of official servers are not paid by the players, you as developer / studio have to pay for them. However, there are several ways to keep the costs to a minimum and thus maximise the gaming experience for the players.

At which locations can you offer servers for players?
15 locations worldwide: Los Angeles, Dallas, Saint Louis, New York, Washington D.C, Sao Paulo, Barcelona, London, Frankfurt, Moscow, Johannesburg, Singapore, Taipei, Tokyo, Sydney

Can I also offer servers of my game at other server hosters if we work together?
Of course, we at Gportal don’t believe in exclusivity, the customer should decide where he wants to host his server.

What is needed so that you can offer servers to my game?
We basically just need the server files from the game and we’re ready to go.

Does the game's engine play a role in its integration on your site?
No, whether Unreal, Unity, CryEngine or your own. As long as we get the game server files, we can integrate your game with us.

How long does it take to integrate my game on your site?
Usually the process takes a few days, but that also depends a bit on the game in question.

What about customer support?
We provide various communication channels to ensure fast communication and 24/7 support.

Can I convince myself of your servers in advance?
If required, we can provide a server, the duration, hardware and number can be individually customised and requested.

What hardware do you use?
We use enterprise hardware from well-known manufacturers, with whom we are in contact 24/7 and can therefore react to any problems that may arise within the shortest possible time.
