I can’t find my server in the interface. What to do?

You just rented a server, but now you can’t find it in the web interface? Don’t panic! We give you a few points that you can check.

If you still can’t find your server, we recommend you to contact our support team. They will be happy to help you and find out where your server is. This way we are sure to find a quick solution.

  1. Usually servers are available immediately after you have rented them. In rare cases, however, it can take 1-2 minutes until it appears. We advise you to be patient for a moment and refresh the page with F5.
  2. Also make sure that you have activated your server after the purchase. Only then you can use your server. If you have not activated your server directly after purchase, you can do so by clicking on “My servers” in the left margin and activating your server there.
  3. It is rather rare, but not impossible, that a display problem can occur on our website when using a certain browser. Something like this could occur when a browser has received a new update and this perhaps changes something in the background, which then causes the display error. So if possible, testing with another web browser (Google Chrome, Opera, Safari, etc. …) can be a temporary solution.
