Satisfactory launches in version 1.0
It's been a good 4 years since Satisfactory was launched in Early Access. Now version 1.0 is finally here and takes the game to new heights with all kinds of new features, many optimized aspects and new content.

Automation now even smoother
A key aspect of the 1.0 release is definitely that many aspects of the game run much smoother, offer the player more options and simply improve the overall gaming experience.
To this end, adjustments have been made in almost all areas. Here are a few important aspects
- There are updates for the game world, especially for the resources and where they are placed
- The recipes have been revised and the late-game in particular should feel much better as a result
- The same applies to research
- The energy supply has been noticeably changed in both the early and late game (finally no more manual reloading for the biomass burner!!!)
- The game has been significantly optimized, which should provide noticeably better performance (you can find the technical details in this dev blog on Steam)
- The dedicated servers are finally out of “experimental” status and have been SIGNIFICANTLY improved (and will also get faster and more support from now on)
Tech tip (successfully tested):
If you can't find your Satisfactory server ingame, we have a workaround for you here:
- Use the port with 00 at the end when searching
- Example: The server IP is: 111.222.333.444:55555 -> Instead, search for 111.222.333.444.55500
- Note: Please note that this is only an example IP. Yours will be different.
- The game will ask you to accept a certificate
- After you have accepted it, you can claim the server
Of course, that wasn't all
The above points are mainly there to improve the overall gaming experience - for both old and new players of Satisfactory. But there are also plenty of new features to discover that make a return (or first-time) visit worthwhile. And we don't just mean that it's finally possible to use the toilets in the hub ... YES!!!
