The long wait is finally over and Farming Simulator 25 is here, bringing exciting new maps with it. Hutan Pantai is the name of one of the maps and was inspired by the beautiful landscapes and culture of East Asia. The map not only offers new Farming Simulator players a new kind of experience, but also players with a few hours in the popular farming sim will get their money's worth, because with Hutan Pantai you get a completely new experience.

The special thing about the Hutan Pantai map is something that has never been seen before in Farming Simulator. On the one hand, there is peaceful and quiet farming - small villages, Asian charm and rice fields offer you peace and relaxation. Drive through winding roads, marvel at the picturesque mountains with snow-capped peaks, take the highway towards the city and experience a completely different side of Hutan Pantai. A lively and colorful world, bright neon lights that turn night into day and a lot of population. Although this is the exact opposite of the countryside, it has been harmoniously combined to offer some exciting adventures.

New features and mechanics

The introduction of the new Hutan Pantai map also unlocks rice cultivation. You can now grow two types of rice, which of course also gives you access to other new machines that were previously unavailable. But the cultivation of rice is not the only highlight of the new Farming Simulator 25, there are new animals in the form of water buffaloes and goats, which of course fit perfectly into the mountainous area and the rice fields. Thanks to the new animals, new production chains with buffalo mozzarella and goat's cheese are also unlocked, which add even more depth to the game's economy. Another highlight is the system for multiplying your animals, where you can increase your herds yourself and thus work on your farm sustainably.

As beautiful as Hutan Pantai is, the dynamic gameplay was also introduced by the developers and implemented really well. In Hutan Pantai, you can experience realistic weather events such as storms with possible hail and even small tornadoes, which means that you have to take good care of your crops, animals and machinery. Planning and strategic action now become even more important than they already were.

In addition to the crops in the form of rice, which perfectly match Hutan Pantai, there are other varieties to discover: peas, spinach and beans. And, of course, the special machines you need to cultivate, care for and harvest your fields.
