Farming Simulator 25 - A look at fruits, plants and more

What would a farm full of mighty tractors be without the fields and the fruit and other crops to grow? That's why today we're taking a look at what's new for hobby farmers.

New plants for your farmland

Farming Simulator 22 had a large selection of crops that could be planted. Over the years, additional DLCs have even added new crops such as carrots, grapes and more.

With Farming Simulator 25, GIANTS now wants to go one better right at the start and offers a total of 25 different plants and crops that we can grow in the field (at least that we know of so far).

Among many well-known crops such as wheat, sunflowers and carrots, there are also new additions. Known so far are: Rice and long grain rice, green beans, peas and spinach. It is probably only a matter of time before a DLC or the annual expansion adds even more options.

Which crops would you like to see in the future?

Various cultivation variants

Of course, all these crops also need to be grown properly. Not everything is as simple as sowing wheat. Depending on which crops you want to grow, you will need different conditions, have to sow and harvest at certain times of the year and even have to use special machines that are explicitly designed for this crop.

In the end, more crops also mean more management in your fleet. However, with the money you collect for the harvest, this shouldn't be a problem. You can get a first glimpse of the vehicle fleet in Farming Simulator 25 HERE in our news article.

Fancy the Farming Simulator?

Then you have 2 options. Either you get a taste of Farming Simulator 22 and practice your farming skills until the release of the new FS25, or you wait a little longer and then jump straight into Farming Simulator 25. Either way, you should definitely try the FS series and of course you are well equipped for it with our GPORTAL servers.
